Landscaping

New sod and plants require proper and continuous care for the first several weeks. A watering schedule is included below to help you have a healthy lawn.

HVAC

Air filters should be changed every 30 days to maintain the quality of air flow the systems were designed to deliver.  Dirty air filters require HVAC units to work harder straining it over time.

Homeowners Association

All Sky Lake Construction communities are managed by external homeowners associations. Community-related requests, concerns, approvals, etc. should be directed to these management companies for them to address. Homeowner Association fees are typically due annually in January. Check with your HOA to verify this information.

Utilities

New homeowners are required to transfer the utilities to their name within three (3) business days after closing on their new home.  Contact information has been provided to simplify that process.
